Our surgery is fully accessible to disabled patients. Our practice covers a large oval area of approximately 400 square miles around Llandeilo, most of it being extremely rural. The perimeter towns and villages, starting with Llandovery in the east, are Llanddeusant, Gwynfe, Llandyfan, Bonllwyn, Capel Hendre, Gorslas, Maesybont, Llanarthney, Nantgaredig, Brechfa, Abergorlech, Llansawel, Caio, Porthyrhyd and back to Llandovery.

Between 6pm and 8am Mon-Fri, and 6pm and 8am Fri-Mon, the surgery is closed. In order to obtain medical advice at these times, please dial the surgery number 01558 823435 as usual. A receptionist in the emergency call centre will answer your call.

She will either:

1) Arrange advice from a doctor or nurse

2) Invite you to attend the centre to be seen by the doctor.

3) Arrange a home visit if you are too ill to visit the centre.

 Out of hours cover is now the responsibility of Carmarthenshire Local Health Board.
